Full Job Description

Responsibilities

Sales & Leasing

Conduct engaging tours of the community and apartments for prospective residents.
Build relationships with prospects and understand their needs, preferences, and lifestyle goals.
Follow up consistently with prospective residents throughout the sales process.
Respond promptly to inquiries and convert leads into tours and leases.
Support the leasing process from initial inquiry through move-in.
Maintain accurate availability, pricing, and unit-readiness information.
Assist with marketing, outreach, and lead-generation activities.
Work toward community sales and occupancy goals.

Operations & Administration

Support daily community operations to ensure everything runs efficiently.
Assist with leasing paperwork, move-ins, resident files, and other administrative processes.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and data systems.
Assist with financial processes, including AP/AR, rent collections, and receivables.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
Handle day-to-day issues with a calm, professional, and solutions-focused approach.

Resident Experience & Support

Serve as a friendly, professional point of contact for residents, prospects, families, and visitors.
Build strong relationships with residents and contribute to a welcoming community environment.
Assist with resident communications, newsletters, and community updates.
Respond to resident questions and concerns with professionalism and urgency.
Support community events and resident engagement activities.
Help create an exceptional resident experience that supports satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

Experience in property management, leasing, sales, hospitality, or a similar customer-facing role.
Strong sales and relationship-building skills with the ability to confidently engage prospective residents.
Proven ability to follow up, build rapport, and move prospects through a sales process.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Confidence working with reports, systems, and financial data.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Positive, professional attitude with strong customer service skills.
Ability to balance sales and resident interaction with administrative responsibilities.
Detail-oriented mindset with strong follow-through.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
Experience in senior living or active adult communities is a plus.
