Who We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for a strong team player with a Dental & Customer Service background and/or skill set. Being detail oriented, organized, friendly, outgoing personality, adaptable, and being able to multi-task are all key qualities needed to succeed as a Office Coordinator.

Responsibilities include:

-scheduling appointments

-contacting patients for follow ups/treatments

-insurance verification

-collections

-generating patient treatment plans

-maintaining goals and focus of organization

-maintaining OSHA and HIPAA regulations

Possesses a track record for providing outstanding customer service
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Minimum 2+ Dental Experience Required
