Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Medspa Manager/Lead Esthetician to lead our team and elevate the client experience. In this dynamic role, you will oversee daily operations, deliver exceptional skincare treatments, and ensure the highest standards of service, sales, and professionalism. Your leadership will inspire a motivated team while providing expert Aesthetic services that promote confidence and well-being for our clients. Duties

Lead and manage daily spa operations, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent customer service.
Perform advanced esthetic treatments including laser hair removal and skin rejuvenation services with precision and care.
Provide personalized skincare consultations to recommend suitable treatments and retail products tailored to each client’s needs.
Maintain strict sanitation and safety protocols to uphold health standards across all treatments and client interactions.
Conduct product demonstrations, educate clients on skincare routines, and promote retail sales effectively. Inventory experience a plus.
Oversee the scheduling of appointments, manage client records, and ensure a welcoming environment for all visitors.
Train and mentor staff on treatment techniques, customer service excellence, and product knowledge to foster professional growth.
Support marketing efforts through social media presence, promotional events, and community outreach initiatives.

Experience

Proven experience as a Lead Esthetician or Medspa Manager with expertise in esthetic laser treatments, facials, chemical peels, DiamondGlow, microdermabrasion, and product demos. Will coordinate Botox and Filler with Nurse Practitioners
Strong knowledge of skincare ingredients, treatment protocols, and current industry trends.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients clearly and build lasting relationships.
Demonstrated ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining high standards of a positive work environment and safety.
Experience in retail sales within a spa or medspa setting is preferred.
Valid Esthetician and Asst Laser Practitioner license in Georgia a must .
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional service.
