Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced, part-time Aesthetic Nurse Injector to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate has hands-on injectable experience, strong clinical judgment, and the ability to deliver a polished, highly personalized client experience. This role is best suited for an injector who values thoughtful consultation, client education, safety, natural-looking outcomes, and long-term relationship building.

This is a flexible, part-time opportunity. Evening and Saturday hours are available for someone who would like to expand their schedule or build their client base, but are not required.

You will perform non-surgical aesthetic treatments, develop personalized recommendations, provide thorough pre- and post-treatment education, and uphold the highest standards of safety, documentation, and care.

Compensation is competitive and based on experience, skill level, and demonstrated ability to contribute to client outcomes, retention, and practice growth.

Key Responsibilities

Perform aesthetic treatments, including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, PRP, microneedling, and other approved injectable or skin-related services within the scope of licensure
Conduct thoughtful consultations and assess each client’s goals, concerns, anatomy, treatment history, and desired outcomes
Develop personalized, outcome-driven treatment plans
Educate clients on treatment options, realistic expectations, aftercare, maintenance, and long-term care planning
Provide clear pre- and post-treatment guidance
Maintain accurate treatment notes, consent forms, photographs, and medical records
Follow all safety, compliance, HIPAA, sanitation, and medical-oversight protocols
Collaborate with providers, leadership, and team members to create a seamless client experience
Stay current on aesthetic techniques, product knowledge, safety standards, and continuing education
Support client rebooking, retention, and ongoing care through thoughtful recommendations and follow-up
Contribute to a collaborative, professional, and growth-oriented practice culture

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse license in good standing
Previous hands-on experience administering aesthetic injectables strongly preferred
Experience in medical aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, cosmetic nursing, or a med spa setting
Strong understanding of client consultation, facial assessment, treatment planning, and aesthetic safety
Polished, professional, and warm communication style
Strong attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to patient safety
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
Comfort with clinical documentation, compliance requirements, and medical protocols
Commitment to continuing education, technique refinement, and professional growth

Schedule

Part-time position with a flexible schedule
Evening and Saturday hours are available if desired
