Full Job Description

Beauty Creations Cosmetics is looking for a confident, energetic, and beauty-obsessed TikTok LIVE Sales Host to join our team part-time.

This role will work from our in-house studio in Santa Fe Springs to host engaging TikTok LIVE shopping sessions, demonstrate Beauty Creations products, connect with viewers in real time, and drive sales through TikTok Shop.

The ideal candidate is charismatic and comfortable on camera, loves makeup and beauty, knows how to keep an audience engaged, and has a natural ability to sell products without sounding overly scripted. You should be comfortable applying and demonstrating makeup on yourself while talking to viewers, answering questions, highlighting promotions, and encouraging customers to shop.

This is a part-time, in-person position averaging approximately 10–25 hours per week.

Responsibilities

Host Beauty Creations TikTok LIVE shopping sessions from our in-house studio.
Serve as an energetic and engaging on-camera personality for Beauty Creations Cosmetics.
Demonstrate and apply makeup products live, including complexion, lip, eye, cheek, skincare, and other beauty products.
Educate viewers on product features, benefits, shades, finishes, application techniques, and product pairings.
Engage with viewers in real time by answering questions, responding to comments, and creating conversation.
Promote featured products, bundles, discounts, limited-time offers, and TikTok Shop promotions.
Use authentic and effective sales techniques to encourage product clicks, add-to-cart activity, purchases, and conversion.
Create excitement and urgency around promotions and limited-time offers.
Maintain strong energy, conversation, and audience engagement throughout LIVE sessions.
Confidently transition between product demonstrations, promotions, tutorials, and audience questions.
Learn key product selling points and communicate them naturally and accurately.
Participate in TikTok Shop events, product launches, Flash Sales, Brand Days, Mega Sales, and seasonal promotions.
Collaborate with the TikTok Shop, Marketing, Social Media, Creative, and E-Commerce teams on LIVE concepts, talking points, product priorities, and promotions.
Participate in product training, rehearsals, and LIVE preparation.
Stay current on TikTok trends, viral beauty products, social commerce trends, and emerging LIVE shopping formats.
Participate in short-form TikTok and social media content when needed.
Review LIVE performance and incorporate feedback to improve engagement, conversion, and sales.

Qualifications

Comfortable, confident, charismatic, and engaging while speaking and applying makeup on camera.
Strong passion for cosmetics, beauty trends, social media, and TikTok.
Comfortable applying, swatching, and demonstrating a variety of beauty products on yourself during livestreams.
Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
Natural ability to maintain conversation and engage an audience without relying heavily on a script.
Comfortable selling products and encouraging viewers to take action.
Ability to maintain energy and enthusiasm during extended LIVE sessions.
Familiarity with TikTok, TikTok LIVE, and social media trends.
Ability to quickly learn product details, promotions, pricing, and key selling points.
Strong ability to think on your feet and respond naturally to live audience questions.
Creative, dependable, punctual, coachable, and comfortable receiving performance feedback.
Previous experience in beauty, cosmetics, retail, sales, social media, livestreaming, or content creation is preferred.
Previous TikTok LIVE, TikTok Shop, livestream shopping, social commerce, or on-camera sales experience is strongly preferred.
Beauty retail experience and/or professional makeup knowledge is a plus.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Schedule & Compensation

Job Type: Part-Time
Hours: Approximately 10–25 hours per week
Flexible scheduling based on TikTok LIVE programming needs.
Some evening and weekend availability may be needed for promotional events, campaigns, and high-traffic LIVE periods.

This is not a remote position. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to our Santa Fe Springs headquarters and work from our in-house TikTok LIVE studio.
