Overview

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented HR & Admin Specialist to join our team. In this vital role, you will drive human resources initiatives, streamline administrative processes, and support organizational development. Your proactive approach will help us maintain a positive work environment, ensure compliance with employment laws, and enhance workforce management across our diverse operations.

Job Description:

1.Local Recruitment: Conduct small-scale local recruitment work, including job posting, resume screening, interview arrangement, candidate follow-up, and entry confirmation, to meet local team staffing needs.

2.Employee Relations & Labor Compliance: Take charge of full-cycle employee onboarding, transfer and termination procedures; be familiar with California and US basic labor laws, handle daily employee consultation, solve routine employment rule problems, and ensure all employment behaviors are compliant with local laws and company policies.

3.HR File Management: Sort and archive employee personnel files, maintain employee information database, and ensure the completeness and confidentiality of HR data.

4.Support daily office administrative operation, including office environment maintenance, supplier docking, daily document sorting, meeting arrangement and other routine administrative affairs.

5.Coordinate the communication and docking between local office/warehouse and China headquarters, feedback daily operation problems and work progress in a timely manner.

6. Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by Manager.

Qualifications

1. 3+ years HR & Admin experience, Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Social Sciences is preferred, Fluent in both English and Mandarin;

2.Familiar with California basic labor laws and US employment compliance requirements, able to independently handle employee entry, exit and daily employee relation issues.

3. Well-versed in end-to-end payroll calculation on Rippling, US cross-state employment legal compliance，Excellent communication and interpersonal skills；

4. Ability to collaborate with business teams to fulfill assigned work deliverables.

5.Familiar with US local warehouse operation compliance standards, with basic risk identification and rectification ability.
