Automotive Service Advisor Responsibilities
● Provide exceptional customer service throughout every interaction
● Serve as the primary point of contact for customers visiting the service department
● Answer and manage incoming customer phone calls
● Assist with the repair order process from beginning to end, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
● Communicate service recommendations and updates clearly and professionally
● Identify maintenance and repair opportunities while delivering a consultative, customer-first experience
● Work closely with technicians and the service team to ensure timely vehicle repairs
● Quickly learn dealership systems, processes, and procedures
● Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and strong problem-solving skills
● Maintain accurate documentation and organized records
● Work independently while collaborating effectively with the service team
● Deliver a high level of quality, attention to detail, and customer satisfaction
Automotive Service Advisor Qualifications
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

● Outstanding customer service experience
● Proven track record of achieving top sales performance and customer satisfaction (CSI) metrics

Pay: $48,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
