Full Job Description

The Opportunity:
As a Driver Payroll Representative, you will help ensure drivers are paid accurately and on time. In this role, you will audit and process driver pay, issue cash advances, maintain driver personnel files, answer payroll-related questions, research and resolve pay discrepancies, and work closely with operations, human resources, and accounting to support payroll compliance.

The right person is detail-oriented, organized, enjoys working with numbers and data, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with strict payroll deadlines. You will need strong problem-solving skills, effective written and verbal communication, and the ability to manage sensitive payroll information professionally. We’re looking for someone who finds satisfaction from structured work, performing recurring tasks while maintaining a high level of attention to detail, and takes pride in completing routine processes accurately and efficiently week after week.

The Experience:
The ideal candidate will have at least 1–2 years of experience in customer service, banking, finance, auditing, or retail. Previous payroll and/or accounting experience is not required.

Experience in Microsoft Office Suite
