Base Pay: $31.00-$40.40 per hour (based on experience)

Shift: 3:00 PM-11:00 PM

$10,000 Sign-On Bonus

Moundville Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team on the 3:00 PM-11:00 PM evening shift.

As an Evening Shift Registered Nurse (RN), you'll provide exceptional nursing care to residents in our long-term care and rehabilitation community while working alongside an experienced interdisciplinary team dedicated to delivering outstanding, resident-centered care. Whether you're an experienced RN or a recent nursing graduate looking to begin your career in long-term care, we encourage you to apply.

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and long-term care setting.
Assess, monitor, and document changes in resident conditions.
Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions according to physician orders.
Develop, implement, and update individualized resident care plans.
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate high-quality resident care.
Maintain accurate electronic nursing documentation in accordance with state and federal regulations.
Educate residents and families regarding health conditions, medications, and care plans.
Respond promptly to changes in resident condition and communicate clinical concerns appropriately.
Supervise, mentor, and support Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
Ensure compliance with facility policies, infection prevention standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
Current CPR/BLS certification.
New graduate RNs are encouraged to apply.
Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, post-acute care, or geriatric nursing is preferred but not required.
Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team.
