Position Overview
Legacy Technology Lab is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytical Project Development Manager to lead the Company's internal project development process through project planning, estimating, procurement preparation, RFP development, documentation management, and project readiness.
This position serves as the primary internal resource responsible for transforming Legacy's roof intelligence into complete, procurement-ready project packages that support budgeting, competitive bidding, construction governance, and successful project execution.
The Project Development Manager owns the Project Development Phase of Legacy's fulfillment process and serves as the Company's Gate 1 Project Readiness Authority, ensuring every project is technically reviewed, properly documented, risk-assessed, and ready before contractor procurement begins.
The Project Development Manager works closely with Client Success, Operations, Field Operations, the Trust Panel, and Fulfillment to ensure projects are complete, technically consistent, and aligned with Legacy's advisory role.
This role is intentionally an internal project development position. It does not:
● Direct contractors
● Supervise construction
● Manage contractor communications
● Direct construction means or methods
● Schedule contractor work
● Perform contractor procurement activities
Instead, this position bridges the gap between Legacy's inspection process and project fulfillment by ensuring every project is complete, organized, and procurement-ready.
Compensation
Annual Base Salary:
$80,000 - $100,000
Eligible for Legacy's Annual Performance Incentive Program.
Annual Performance Incentive
Eligible for an annual bonus of up to 15% of base salary.
Bonuses are based upon individual performance, operational excellence, and Company performance.

No project advances to procurement until the Project Development Manager confirms the project package is substantially complete.
