About Us:

Golden Sky Management is the highest rated property management company in Muncie, IN, dedicated to providing quality service to our tenants and clients. Our team prides itself on professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of property management. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Property Manager to join our growing team.

Position Overview:

The Property Manager will manage the day-to-day operations of residential and/or commercial properties, focusing on tenant and property owner relations. This role is essential to maintaining positive relationships with tenants, ensuring properties are well-maintained, and supporting efficient office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and perform leasing activities, including showing properties, screening applicants, and preparing lease agreements.
Address tenant inquiries, process maintenance requests, and resolve issues promptly.
Coordinate with maintenance staff and vendors to ensure timely property upkeep.
Maintain accurate records related to rent collection, tenant information, and property inspections.
Complete ad-hoc requests.
Assist with marketing efforts to maintain high occupancy rates, including online listings and community engagement.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal property regulations.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Previous experience in property management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite; experience with property management software (Buildium, Appfolio, Yardi, etc) is an advantage.
