Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. This vital role involves managing front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will be energetic, highly organized, and possess excellent communication skills to create a positive first impression for visitors and clients alike. Responsibilities

Greet visitors, clients, and vendors with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a positive first impression.
Manage phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and courteously.
Handle incoming correspondence, including emails, mail, and deliveries, with prompt attention.
Maintain front desk appearance and ensure the reception area is tidy and welcoming at all times.
Utilize office management software for data entry, record keeping, and scheduling tasks.
Support administrative duties including filing, proofreading documents, and managing calendars for staff members.
Assist with client communication and customer support by providing information and resolving inquiries effectively.
Organize office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement as needed to maintain operational efficiency.

Experience

Proven clerical or administrative experience in an office environment is desired.
Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with productivity software.
Experience managing phone systems and delivering excellent phone etiquette.
Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
Knowledge of data entry procedures is preferred.
Previous personal assistant or front desk experience will be considered an asset for success in this role.
