Urgently hiring for Counselor/Clinician/Therapist (LCPC, LCSW, LPC, LMFT or LMSW Idaho License is Required). $35 - $42.50 per billable service depending on experience.

As a Counselor/Clinician/Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing support and care to individuals with mental health conditions. We are a growing mental health company and need additional counselors to take on our new client referrals to build a caseload. The position will start part-time and grow to full-time as the agency’s volume increases. We have strong referral sources; we anticipate steady and substantial growth. We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping others in their path for growth and change.

You will be paid a billable rate for billable services with an hourly rate for non-billable time such as time for supervision, meetings, etc. We have a family work environment where you are treated as a member of the family, and we care about your work life balance. Your work schedule and caseloads are flexible and can be flexible around your schedule. With the clinic’s hours of operation being Monday through Friday 8:00am – 8:00pm, it leaves room for a flexible schedule. Remote, in-field and/or in-office positions are available. We are open to suggestions or offers such as working as an independent contractor, temporary or internship.Opportunity for yearly salary increases based on performance annually.

Expectations:

· Knowledge of individual counseling, couples counseling, family counseling, child focused family counseling, pediatrics, adolescents, gender issues counseling, work life balance, compassion fatigue and working with people with developmental disabilities.

· Good interviewing skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals.

· Professionally build rapport and trust with clients of all ages.

· Ability to provide compassionate care while maintaining professional boundaries.

· Familiarity with crisis intervention techniques and de-escalation strategies.

· Implement and execute treatment plans to assist in growth and change for clients.

· Creative and efficient problem solver

· Ability to develop and execute preventive measures to avoid crisis situations and possess good de-escalation techniques.

· Ability to work with diverse clientele.

· Experience working with individuals with behavioral health conditions.

· Self-Starter and well organized

· Conducting group therapy sessions and facilitating therapeutic activities as needed

· Must maintain accurate client documentation noting their progress and be skilled in factual reporting within a required timeframe.

Required Qualifications:

· A master's or doctorate degree

· Currently licensed in the State of Idaho: LCPC, LCSW, LPC, LMSW, PHD (Required)

· Must be able to pass a federal/state background check.

· Experience with electronic health records

· Work with Medicaid, Optum, Magellan Health, YES programs. ICANS certified or willing to expedite completion of training.
