Quality Electric is seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and employee relation-focused Administrative Support Assistant to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in Human Resources, Administration, Payroll Support, and Operations.

The Administrative Support Assistant plays an important role in supporting employee onboarding, workforce documentation, compliance initiatives, and day-to-day administrative operations. This position works closely within Human Resources, Payroll, Safety, Operations, and field leadership to ensure employees receive timely support and information.

What You'll Do

Assist with new hire onboarding and orientation scheduling.
Support employee documentation collection and record maintenance.
Coordinate communication with employees regarding onboarding requirements.
Track and organize workforce information using company systems.
Assist with background screening and compliance-related processes.
Support payroll and administrative paperwork collection and routing.
Maintain accurate digital and physical records.
Provide general administrative support to multiple departments.
Help coordinate employee events, communications, and special projects.
Contribute to process improvement and organizational initiatives.

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
