Pharmacist (PharmD) | $185,000+ Bonus | Full-Time | Nantucket, MA

Temporary Housing Provided | Relocation Assistance | Ownership Potential | Historic Independent Pharmacy

If you're looking for something beyond a typical retail pharmacy role, this opportunity offers the chance to lead a historic independent pharmacy in one of the most unique communities in the country. Located in the heart of Nantucket, you'll oversee pharmacy operations while helping shape the future of a business that has served the island since 1937.

This is a full-time Pharmacist position with temporary housing provided to support your relocation to Nantucket, along with relocation assistance, bonus potential, and a path toward ownership for the right candidate.

What You'll Do

Oversee all pharmacy operations and regulatory compliance
Dispense prescriptions and ensure medication safety standards are met
Manage inventory, controlled substances, and diversion prevention programs
Lead, coach, schedule, and develop pharmacy staff
Monitor operational performance, patient satisfaction, and workflow efficiency
Support inspections, licensing requirements, billing processes, and quality assurance initiatives

What You'll Bring

Active Massachusetts Pharmacist license in good standing
PharmD or equivalent pharmacy degree
Strong knowledge of state and federal pharmacy regulations, including DEA requirements
Experience managing pharmacy operations and supervising staff
Knowledge of third-party billing and insurance adjudication
Strong communication skills and a patient-focused approach
