We operate three locations in various regions and also feature a dedicated Medspa that offers medical-grade laser treatments and injectables. Our team is committed to delivering exceptional patient care and innovative aesthetic solutions.

We are seeking an energetic and creative Director of First Impressions / Marketing & Patient Care Coordinator. This hybrid role bridges dynamic digital marketing with high-touch patient care. As the primary face and voice of our practice, you will drive growth by converting leads into booked consultations, managing our social media presence, and delivering exceptional patient hospitality.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Patient Care

Respond to phone, web, and social media inquiries; educate potential patients on our services and close consult bookings.
Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a seamless, high-end experience from arrival to departure.

Marketing & Social Media

Create and post engaging content (graphics and video) across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Google Business.
Design and execute digital marketing campaigns, paid ads (Meta/TikTok), and promotional events to grow our local presence.
Monitor marketing analytics (Google Analytics) to track performance and optimize campaign ROI.

Front Desk & Medical Receptionist

Assist with front desk coverage: phone management, patient check-in/out, payment processing, and EHR scheduling.
Verify insurance coverage and handle patient chart info in strict compliance with HIPAA guidelines.
Support practice leadership with day-to-day administrative tasks to keep office operations running smoothly.

Qualifications & Experience

Marketing: 2–3+ years in digital marketing, content creation, social media management, and lead generation required.
Healthcare: 2+ years in medical front desk or patient care coordination preferred (Aesthetics, Med Spa, Plastic Surgery, or Dermatology experience is a major plus).
Education: High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business preferred.
Tech Skills: Proficient with Canva/Adobe, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok, Google Analytics/AdWords, MS Office, and EHR software.
Soft Skills: Strong sales and communication skills, high attention to detail, and a warm, professional demeanor.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
