As a full-time Chef de Partie / Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking elevated menu items using only the finest ingredients i nour flagship restaurant in Naples, Florida.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and dietary requirements
Ensure that all meals are prepared in a timely manner
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
Ensure that all food is stored properly
Assist with menu planning and ordering of supplies
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Plating hot and cold food items
Preparation of seafood market, ice display, and caviar presentations
Preparation of all raw ingredients, sauces, breaking down, and scaling whole fish

Requirements:

Proven experience as a cook
Positive attitude and high energy
Strong attention to detail
Culinary school certification is preferred however not required
Knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes
Ability to follow recipes and dietary requirements
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
