Full Job Description

A Claims Specialist has the opportunity to make a huge impact on the families we serve. You are the point of contact to help our clients through the process of filing a claim. You answer questions, collect documentation, and communicate both on the phone and through email daily. You have a healthy balance of working on your own as well as part of a team.

Must-haves:

Proven customer support experience or experience in a call center environment
Data entry, typing, attention to detail, organized
Reliable, you show up, on time, ready to work
Honesty, you aren’t in the habit of lying, stealing or cheating
Patience, you know how to adjust for the person on the phone, not the other way around
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, follow up to ensure resolution
Diligence, answer your phone consistently
Communication skills, able to explain something in different ways so the person on the phone understands
Drive, meet personal and team goals

The details:
Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00 schedule with occasional Saturdays.
We work in a comfortable office environment. The job requires that you sit for most of the day. We want you to come grow with us!

Starting Pay: $18.50/ hr

After 60 days: $20/hr

After 90 days: $22/hr

-Pay structure dependent on client load.
