Job Summary

A thriving single-family office is looking for an experienced Bookkeeper / Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. This role will be situated in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Key Responsibilities

Comprehensive Bookkeeping: Manage bookkeeping tasks for multiple entities, ensuring accurate tracking of income, expenses, and financial transactions, including regular book reconciliations.
Billing and Payments Preparation: Oversee billing processes, including recording bills, obtaining vendor information for payments, and preparing wire transfers.
Inbox Management: Administer the billing inbox, processing incoming bills, categorizing, and storing them in designated digital folders, ensuring accurate uploads to QuickBooks Online.
Digital File Management: Organize statements from checking and savings accounts, credit cards, brokerages, and PCAPs into designated digital folders for streamlined access and recordkeeping.
Financial Reconciliations: Conduct reconciliations of inter-company loans and across entities.
Tax Compliance: Prepare and file necessary tax forms, such as 1099s and 1042-S.
Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties as needed to support the financial operations of the organization.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent experience.
Professional Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Software Proficiency: Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Excel, Bill.com, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Initiative and Resourcefulness: Ability to take initiative and be resourceful with limited supervision in a dynamic environment.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $58,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
