Weekly Pay | Uncapped Commission | Sales Training

Looking for an opportunity that combines professional development and relationship building? NTY offers structured training and continued coaching for motivated individuals who want to develop sales experience and grow within a performance-driven organization.

THE ROLE

As a member of the sales team, you will travel with colleagues to assigned markets across multiple states and connect with homeowners in the communities you serve. You will spend extended periods traveling and working in the field, so this position is best suited for someone who enjoys meeting people, adapting to new environments, and working as part of a team.

Your work will focus on understanding homeowner needs, communicating the value of NTY's home improvement services, and developing the confidence and skills needed to guide customers toward appropriate solutions.

No prior sales background is necessary. NTY provides hands-on training when you begin, along with ongoing coaching designed to help you strengthen your communication, customer interaction, and sales abilities.

COMPENSATION AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

NTY provides a performance-based compensation structure designed to reward progress and results.

Performance-based bonuses and uncapped commission

Six-days-on, one-scheduled-day-off schedule

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WORK

In this position, you will:

Connect with homeowners and introduce NTY's home improvement services
Work alongside your team in designated territories across multiple states
Develop customer relationships and communicate solutions clearly
Follow established sales practices while working toward performance goals
Attend training sessions, receive coaching, and contribute to team development
Maintain a professional presence in every market and community you visit

This is a highly interactive position. Success requires strong communication, a positive attitude, personal accountability, and the ability to remain adaptable while traveling.
