Full Job Description

Minimum Qualifications

5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong electrical troubleshooting skills on 480V, 277V, 240V, 208V, and 24V systems.
Experience troubleshooting PLC-controlled equipment, VFDs, servo motors, and automated production systems.
Ability to diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Experience replacing and aligning motors, gearboxes, bearings, conveyors, and drive components.
Proficient in reading electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings.
Ability to safely perform troubleshooting and repairs while adhering to Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and all safety standards.
Experience supporting continuous manufacturing operations and responding to equipment breakdowns.
Must be willing and able to work a 12-hour rotating night shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM), including weekends and holidays as scheduled.
Preferred Qualifications
Technical degree or certification in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, Robotics, or a related field.
Experience with conveyors, material handling systems, packaging equipment, and automated production machinery.
Experience supporting foam pouring, foam processing, and foam cutting operations is a plus.
PLC troubleshooting and basic programming experience.
Welding and fabrication experience.
Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practices.

Key CompetenciesIdeal CandidateThe ideal candidate is a highly skilled industrial maintenance technician with strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting abilities, a commitment to safety, and experience maintaining automated manufacturing equipment. Experience with foam pouring and cutting operations is highly desirable, along with the ability to diagnose complex production equipment issues on an overnight manufacturing schedule.
