About the Opportunity:
You will work directly with the Department Manager/Principals of the firm on various architectural projects.
Qualifications
This is an In Office / Full Time position for an individual with the following qualifications: * Architecture degree required( Architect license a plus) with a demonstrated record of on-going learning * Must have minimum 5 years Job Captain/Project Manager experience * Experience with code research, zoning research and product research * Coordination of Architectural and Engineering documents * Consultant Coordination * Designing, drawing, and development of Architectural Plans, Elevations and Details * Experience doing field surveys and as-built drawings * Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing systems. * Experience in currently utilized versions of AutoCAD (2025)

Skills
- Proficiency in CAD software including AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, Rhino 3D, Grasshopper 3D, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong knowledge of construction management practices such as budgeting, scheduling, estimating, and contracts.
- Experience with construction accessibility regulations, building code analysis, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks effectively.
- Effective negotiation skills for client interactions and team collaboration.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
