Full Job Description

We're looking for someone who enjoys figuring things out, pays attention to the little details, and wants to help grow an online business.

As an ECommerce Associate, you'll be involved in the day to day management of our online marketplaces. One day you might be optimizing product listings, another day you'll be adjusting pricing, launching PPC campaigns, digging into sales data, or making sure orders flow smoothly through our system. If something can be improved, we want someone who's willing to jump in and make it better.

This isn't a role where you'll be doing the same repetitive task every day. We're looking for someone who's curious, organized, and enjoys learning how an eCommerce business operates behind the scenes.

What You'll Be Doing

Create, update, and maintain product listings across online marketplaces
Monitor and adjust product pricing
Help manage PPC advertising campaigns
Keep an eye on marketplace performance, customer feedback, and account health
Track sales, advertising, and operational KPIs
Upload and process orders in our internal system
Troubleshoot listing issues and identify opportunities for improvement
Work with our warehouse and purchasing teams to ensure products are listed accurately and inventory stays in sync
Help launch new products and improve existing listings
Jump in wherever needed to help the business continue growing

What We're Looking For

Strong attention to detail; you notice things other people miss.
Comfortable working with computers and learning new software.
Organized and able to manage multiple projects at once.
Analytical mindset with good problem-solving skills.
Experience with Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Shopify, Sellercloud, or other eCommerce platforms is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person.
Experience with Excel or Google Sheets is helpful.
