We are Multiporpoise Management, an ever-growing property management company that oversees vacation rentals and HOAs throughout Oregon and Washington. We don't believe work has to be boring.

Our mission is simple: Make People Happy. This includes our guests, our owners, our communities ... and yes, of course, our employees too!

We are in need of an Executive Assistant. A professional, top-notch, intelligent, AI-using, organized, smarty-pants that is looking for a challenging and diverse workday. A person capable of juggling multiple calendars, confidential information, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and project deadlines, and can still stop to watch a funny cat video from time to time. If I piqued your interest keep on reading. It only gets better.

If you have ever had a passion for property management, or enjoyed working in a hotel or vacation rental environment, you might already have an advantage. The right person will be able to navigate our booking software, and help complete end-of-month closeout functions that ultimately get our lovely owners paid. Does looking at a balanced spreadsheet just give you the warm and fuzzies? Well that's just weird, but this job definitely requires you to have a good relationship with spreadsheets.

We need someone who wants to work a hybrid schedule. Someone who is available to be onsite when it's needed, but is able to be productive and trustworthy when working remote.

If you can't type you might as well close this job ad now. We absolutely need someone who knows their way around a keyboard and can make those keys type words on a screen. And fast. This position will provide the right person the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of our company in a way that no one else would ever have the opportunity. Kathleen Kennedy started out as an executive assistant to George Lucas and went on to be come the president of of Lucasfilm. She ended up ruining Star Wars, but that’s beside the point.

We need someone with that "can do" attitude, who is willing to take on any project. We could ask you to organize all of our paperclips by size and color one day and the next day you could be helping brainstorm our next big move. This could be the beginning of a new career for you, and the welcoming of a new member to our work family for us so we want the best person possible.

The right person is career-driven, enjoys making SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), has strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, exceptional organizational and time management skills, and of course a very high level of professionalism and confidentiality. We are not looking for someone who simply checks boxes. We are looking for someone who sees a box that is crooked ... and straightens it.
