Hybrid remote schedule offered after training

A Buffalo-based CPA firm is looking to hire a Bookkeeper on a full-time basis. This role assists clients with a variety of bookkeeping needs including:

Accounts receivable and payable
Bank reconciliations
Reconciling various client accounts
Developing trial balances
Other bookkeeping-related duties as assigned

You will be working with clients from a variety of industries and backgrounds. As such, exceptional customer services skills are a must.

Job Requirements

3+ years of bookkeeping experience
Experience with QuickBooks strongly preferred
College degree in a related field a plus, but not required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with the ability to multitask
Accurate and strong attention to detail
