Job Overview
Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Housekeeper and be the cornerstone of creating a welcoming, spotless environment for our guests. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. Your dedication to high standards of hygiene and attention to detail will ensure every guest experiences comfort and satisfaction. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in hospitality and janitorial services while contributing to a positive guest experience.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold cleanliness standards.
Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and dining spaces to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
Handle floor care responsibilities including sweeping, mopping, polishing, and carpet cleaning using appropriate equipment.
Restock supplies such as towels, toiletries, and cleaning products to ensure availability for guests and staff.
Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly.
Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and guest safety.
Assist with laundry duties including washing linens and towels to support overall sanitation efforts.

Experience

Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is highly preferred.
Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and techniques enhances efficiency in this role.
Experience in hospitality environments demonstrates an understanding of guest service standards.
Knowledge of janitorial practices and floor care techniques is advantageous.
Proven ability to manage multiple cleaning tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
