Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team! This vital role offers the opportunity to support daily operations, streamline administrative processes, and enhance overall productivity. The ideal candidate will bring strong computer literacy, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude to ensure our office runs smoothly and efficiently. Duties

Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and directing calls with professional phone etiquette.
Handle data entry tasks accurately using spreadsheets and productivity software, ensuring all records are up-to-date and well-organized.
Manage inventory.
Coordinate internal audits.
Supplies management.
Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks, invoicing, and expense tracking to maintain financial accuracy.
Perform clerical duties including word processing, proofreading documents, and maintaining filing systems for easy retrieval of information.
Provide customer service support at the front desk by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally while maintaining a welcoming environment.Qualifications
Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) along with technical proficiency in productivity software.
Excellent computer skills including data entry, spreadsheet management, and general computer literacy.
Prior experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred.
Strong communication skills in both written and verbal forms; bilingual ability is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience working at a front desk or providing customer support is highly desirable.
