Job Summary

Seeking a motivated Entry-Level Construction Superintendent to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with construction experience who is ready to develop into a field leadership position.

The Superintendent will report to and work directly with the company executive, receiving hands-on training and guidance in field supervision, subcontractor coordination, scheduling, quality control, safety, and project documentation.

We are looking for someone who is dependable, organized, eager to learn, and willing to take increasing ownership of daily jobsite responsibilities.

Duties

Assist in managing construction site activities, including supervising crews and subcontractors to ensure work progresses according to schedule
Review and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications to verify project requirements
Coordinate project scheduling using construction management software to keep projects on track
Conduct regular safety inspections in accordance with OSHA and federal construction safety regulations, promoting a culture of safety awareness
Monitor quality control measures and ensure adherence to construction regulations and standards
Manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, daily reports, and safety logs
Support budget tracking and cost control efforts by reviewing project budgets and managing resources efficiently

Experience

Prior experience in construction site supervision or management roles is preferred but not required; relevant internships are welcome
Familiarity with construction management software such as Procore or Bluebeam is desirable
Hands-on experience with blueprint reading, interpreting technical drawings, and reviewing construction drawings, preferred but not required.
Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively, supervise crews, and coordinate multiple trades on-site
Strong understanding of construction scheduling, project management principles, and managing contracts
Ability to communicate clearly with team members, clients, subcontractors, and vendors while maintaining professionalism at all times
