Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems
Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, wine, beers, and specialty beverages.
Maintain thorough knowledge of beverage recipes, drink presentation standards, and current menu offerings
Process cash transactions efficiently while ensuring accuracy in billing and cash handling procedures
Uphold food safety standards and proper food handling practices at all times
Manage time effectively during busy shifts to deliver prompt service without compromising quality
Engage with guests to enhance their experience through friendly conversation and attentive service
Collaborate with team members to ensure the bar and dining area remain clean, organized, and welcoming

Recommended Experience

Proven experience in food service or hospitality industry roles, preferably with fine dining or bartending background
Demonstrated expertise in mixology, beverage recipe development, spirits knowledge, and wine pairings
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently
Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods while maintaining attention to detail
Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order accuracy
Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
Previous banquet or catering experience is a plus but not required
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude that fosters teamwork and guest satisfaction
