Full Job Description

Position Overview

The Accelerated Christian Education (A.C.E.) Classroom Supervisor is responsible for creating and maintaining a Christ-centered learning environment where students are encouraged to grow academically, spiritually, and personally. The Classroom Supervisor oversees the daily operation of an A.C.E. Learning Center, guiding students through the PACE (Packet of Accelerated Christian Education) curriculum while fostering independence, responsibility, and Christian character.

Rather than serving as a traditional lecturer, the Classroom Supervisor acts as a mentor, facilitator, and spiritual leader—providing individualized instruction, monitoring student progress, administering tests, maintaining classroom order, and partnering with parents to help each student succeed. This individual should model a strong Christian testimony, demonstrate a heart for children, and uphold the mission, vision, and statement of faith of Foundation Christian Academy.

Primary Responsibilities

Supervise and manage the daily operation of the A.C.E. Learning Center.
Guide students through individualized PACE curriculum according to established goals.
Monitor student progress and provide academic assistance when needed.
Administer and score PACE tests according to A.C.E. procedures.
Ensure proper implementation of A.C.E. policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate student records, goal cards, and progress reports.
Foster a positive, respectful, and orderly classroom environment.
Encourage biblical character development through daily interactions and discipleship.
Pray with and mentor students in their spiritual growth.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and classroom expectations.
Attend faculty meetings, professional development, and school events.
Collaborate with school leadership and fellow staff members.
Maintain confidentiality regarding students, families, and school matters.
Perform other duties assigned by the Principal or Head of School.
