We're looking for a Customer Experience Professional who is energetic, personable, and driven to help customers while contributing to the growth of our business. This is not a traditional customer service position. If you're looking for a role where you simply answer the phone and take messages, this isn't it.

Our ideal candidate enjoys talking with people, is confident making outbound calls, and takes pride in building relationships that turn opportunities into lifelong customers.

What You'll Be Doing

Your day will include a combination of inbound customer support and proactive outbound communication. Responsibilities include:

Answering a high volume of inbound customer calls with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Making outbound follow-up calls to quotes, estimates, service recommendations, and prospective customers.
Following up with new homeowner leads and marketing campaigns.
Scheduling propane service appointments, HVAC service appointments, installations, and consultations.
Guiding prospective customers through the sales process.
Building value in our products, services, maintenance plans, and promotions.
Managing leads and opportunities within HubSpot CRM.
Accurately documenting customer interactions in HubSpot and Cargas.
Coordinating with our Service, Delivery, Installation, and Billing teams.
Providing an exceptional customer experience on every interaction.
Helping us grow through consistent follow-up and relationship building.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who:

Loves talking with people and building relationships.
Is comfortable spending most of the workday on the phone.
Communicates confidently and professionally.
Enjoys helping customers while identifying solutions that fit their needs.
Is organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
Can multitask while navigating multiple computer systems.
Takes initiative and follows through.
Enjoys working in a collaborative team environment.
Maintains a positive attitude, even during busy days.

QualificationsRequired

Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, call center, or another customer-facing role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong computer skills and the ability to learn multiple software systems.
Professional phone etiquette.
Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred

HubSpot or CRM experience.
Home service, HVAC, propane, or construction industry experience.
Previous inside sales or account management experience.
Experience working in a high-volume phone environment.
