Full Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and outgoing Front Desk Associate to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this role, you will be assisting patients both in person and on the phone as well as general office duties and tasks. While no medical office expereince is required, excellent communication skills in person and on the phone are a must as this is a direct patient interaction position. Enjoy a locally owned and operated small business atmosphere with a longstanding neighborhood patient base.

Duties

Greet visitors, clients, and staff with professionalism and enthusiasm, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Answer multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and courteously.
Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination using office management software.
Perform data entry and maintain organized filing systems to ensure easy access to important documents.
Contact patients for appointment scheduling, confirmation and order pick up.
Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally via phone or email.
Maintain high standards of phone etiquette to ensure clear communication.
Requirements:
Strong computer literacy and proficiency
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette.
Ability to learn and use multi-line phone systems and calendar management tools.

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
