Overview

Perfect Supplements is seeking an experienced and hands-on Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives. This position is responsible for driving brand awareness, consumer engagement, and revenue growth through strategic marketing initiatives. The Marketing Manager serves as a key contributor to Perfect Supplements’ continued growth by ensuring our brand remains relevant, differentiated, and highly visible in an increasingly competitive marketplace.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Leadership and Creative Director to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business objectives, sales goals, and brand growth initiatives.
Manage digital marketing efforts, including website content, email campaigns, social media, and digital advertising.
Lead brand management efforts, ensuring consistency in messaging, visual identity, and customer experience.
Plan and execute product launches, promotions, and marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Build and manage the yearly marketing budget.
Oversee marketing materials including packaging support, sales collateral, and promotional assets.
Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity within the supplements industry.
Ensure all marketing initiatives comply with supplement advertising and packaging regulations.
Track campaign performance and marketing effectiveness using analytics and reporting to inform strategy.
Become expert on Agentic Search
Use AI to assist in content creation and analytics

Experience

Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, content development, and campaign execution.
Comfortable using AI tools to generate content and analyze stats.
Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
Ability to balance strategic planning with day-to-day execution in a fast-paced, ever changing environment.
Experience with Google Analytics, Marketplace, PPC advertising, etc.
Creative thinker with strong business acumen and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to identify trends, research them, present them as an option for Perfect Supplements, and implement them. (FrontrowMD, Trend, Colostrum, packaging, Rainforest, Climate Collaborative, etc.)
4+ years of marketing experience, including experience leading initiatives or teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field strongly preferred.
Experience in supplements, consumer packaged goods (CPG), food & beverage, wellness, or other regulated industries preferred.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
