Join the Brewed143 Team

Brewed143 is looking for a friendly, reliable, and hardworking Café Team Member / Barista to join our team in Scituate.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in providing great service, and can stay positive and organized in a busy café environment. Previous café or barista experience is preferred, but we’re happy to train the right person.

What You’ll Do

Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages
Provide friendly, attentive customer service
Take orders and accurately process cash and credit card transactions
Prepare and serve breakfast and other food items
Keep the café clean, organized, stocked, and ready for service
Assist with opening and closing responsibilities
Complete daily cleaning and restocking tasks
Work closely with the rest of the team to keep service running smoothly during busy periods

What We’re Looking For

Friendly, outgoing, and professional
Dependable and punctual
Strong customer service and communication skills
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable multitasking and staying organized during busy periods
Willing to learn and take direction
Café, coffee shop, restaurant, or retail experience is preferred
Weekend availability is required
Must be able to work shifts beginning at 6:30 a.m.
