We're systems-driven, culture-first, and serious about doing great work with a smile.
Who You Are
You're an experienced construction professional who knows how to take a project from estimate to completion. You're dependable, organized, professional, and comfortable being the person customers and subcontractors turn to when they need answers. What You'll Do
As a General Contractor with Monty's, you'll oversee residential projects from the initial customer conversation through final completion. No two days are the same. One day you may be reviewing a kitchen remodel, the next coordinating crews on a larger renovation, performing a quality-control walkthrough, or meeting with a homeowner to review a project. You'll be the face of Monty's—delivering top-tier handyman services and managing relationships with clients and vendors.
