Customer Service Associate – Ocala, FL

Trinity Surfaces

Trinity Surfaces is hiring a detail-oriented Customer Service Associate to support our Customer Experience team. This role focuses on order entry, customer communication, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate, on-time order fulfillment.

What You’ll Do

Process customer orders and quotes in Prophet 21 (P21) with accuracy
Track open orders and coordinate internally to ensure timely delivery
Communicate order status, updates, and timelines with customers and Sales
Support sample requests, claims, and returns
Manage daily priorities and meet turnaround expectations
Monitor inventory availability and escalate issues when needed

What You Bring

High school diploma required; degree preferred
Experience in customer service, order entry, or administrative support
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Clear communication and ability to build positive relationships
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP experience a plus
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
