Full Job Description

Job Summary
JRA Health is an independent home infusion pharmacy committed to excellence, innovation, and delivering the highest standards of service to our patients. As we continue to grow, we are seeking dedicated and skilled Home Infusion Nurses to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, specializing in IV infusion therapy. This role requires a compassionate approach to patient care and the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal treatment outcomes.

Responsibilities

Assist the pharmacy team onsite by serving as final check for medical supplies to be delivered to each infusion patient.
Assist the pharmacy team onsite by triaging phone calls, and answering clinical questions within nursing scope of practice.
Administer IV infusions and medications as prescribed by physicians both onsite and in the home.
Assist with PICC/Midline/PIV line maintenance both onsite and in the home.
Monitor patients for adverse reactions.
Maintain accurate patient records using CPR+/Caretend and other electronic health record systems.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
Conduct patients assessments related to infusion therapy.
Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, medication administration, and self-care techniques.

Basic Education and/or Experience Requirements

Associates degree or higher in nursing
Must be licensed or registered in the State of Florida

Physical Demand Requirements

Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
Frequent bending, stooping, reaching.
Ability to carry at least 30lbs
