Full Job Description

Provide assessments, intakes, and linkages to services for housing residents and applicants; prepare and maintain residents’ files in compliance with rules and regulations; have (or seeking) a Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, human service or related field; have the ability to work with clients from diverse backgrounds and communicate effectively; ability to work independently; self-starter; familiar with grant writing; familiar with homeless management systems; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; provide, arrange, and perform community outreach; and work closely with the property manager.

Pay: $37,000.00 - $39,000.00 per year
