Success as a Kitchen Supervisor:

This role is responsible for providing experience excellence for the guest in their respective location. The kitchen supervisor is responsible for taking care of the guest with their purchases, inquiries, special requests, and concerns with a kind demeanor. The kitchen supervisor is responsible for providing exceptional service that exceeds the guest’s expectations.

This role is responsible for delegating tasks to the kitchen team from the daily kitchen checklist and making sure each task is complete. The kitchen supervisor is responsible for training and overseeing food preparation, according to safe food preparation guidelines.

This role is responsible for assigning cleaning tasks in the kitchen and in the salesfloor hot food displays, all while maintaining a consistent positive presence for the guest.

The kitchen supervisor is responsible for following all security protocols for guest/team safety.

This role is responsible for the oversight of all food safety guidelines and for the oversight of all cleaning protocols to ensure a safe food preparation environment.

The Kitchen supervisor is responsible for positive communication with the team that maintains a supportive working environment. This role is responsible for continued training and development of the kitchen staff.

This role is responsible for helping to foster culture in the store that services the guest above and beyond their expectations. The kitchen supervisor will make every effort to resolve any issues that the customer may encounter.

This role is also responsible for maintaining oversight of the team schedule. This Kitchen supervisor is responsible for holding the team accountable for attendance and for following kitchen and food safety guidelines.

The Kitchen Supervisor is responsible for helping to communicate and educate the brand standards to the team and supporting a cohesive culture promoting and adhering to these standards.
