We strive to create a welcoming and knowledgeable environment for both our customers and employees. We are looking for outgoing and passionate Product Specialists to join our team and grow with us.

Job Description: We seek enthusiastic and dedicated Product Specialists for long-term employment. Our Product Specialists will assist the management team with the daily activities and operations of the store while adhering to company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines. As a Product Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling sales transactions, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

Customer Experience: Maintain a tidy, safe, and inviting store environment to enhance customer experience.
Inventory Management: Ensure the sales floor is properly stocked and the store's appearance is well-maintained.
Work Environment: Promote a positive, customer-service-oriented work environment in compliance with established policies and procedures.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our products and cannabis therapies to assist customers effectively.
Customer Interaction: Greet customers warmly and provide them with a welcoming shopping experience.
Point Of Sale: Accurately use and maintain the Point Of Sale (POS) system for in-person and phone orders.
Cash Handling: Handle cash transactions and apply discounts correctly.
Data Entry: Perform accurate and timely data entry of patient profiles.
Documentation: Verify proper paperwork, documentation, and ID for customers.
Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by the Management Team.

Competencies:

Customer Service Skills: Exceptional customer service skills.
Product Knowledge: A desire to learn about our products and cannabis therapies.
Technical Skills: Basic computer skills and knowledge of Point of Sale software and cash management is a plus.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and a team-player mentality.
Attitude and Work Ethic: Fun attitude and strong work ethic.
Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations as they pertain to the industry, personnel law, safety regulations, local municipal codes, and organizational rules, regulations, directives, and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a retail or customer service role preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
