We are a leading plastic surgery, dermatology and medical spa practice, offering a wide range of services and treatments to enhance the beauty and wellness of our clients. We are looking for an energetic, professional and friendly medical receptionist (patient concierge) to join our team and provide exceptional customer service and administrative support.

As a patient concierge, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, both in person and on the phone. You will be responsible for:

Greeting and welcoming patients with a smile and a positive attitude
Scheduling appointments and managing appointment calendars
Checking patients in and out at front desk and scheduling follow-up visits
Verifying patient insurance, processing insurance authorizations and collecting payments
Providing information and recommendations for products and services
Maintaining patient records and accounts
Ensuring the reception area is clean, organized and inviting

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a medical or spa setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
Ability to multitask, prioritize and work under pressure
Attention to detail and accuracy
A passion for aesthetics and patient care
