Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic administrative team. This vital role involves accurately inputting, managing, and maintaining data across various platforms to support operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer literacy, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive attitude to ensure data integrity and seamless office workflows. Duties

Enter and update data into spreadsheets, databases, and enterprise software such as QuickBooks with precision and speed
Manage multi-line phone systems to handle inquiries, direct calls, and provide exceptional customer support
Maintain organized filing systems both digitally and physically to ensure quick retrieval of information
Assist with office management tasks including calendar management, appointment scheduling, and front desk responsibilities
Proofread documents for accuracy, consistency, and clarity before submission or filing
Support client communication efforts through professional phone etiquette and timely responses
Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes, improve productivity software usage, and enhance overall office operations

Requirements

Proven experience in data entry, clerical work, or administrative roles with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with spreadsheets and productivity software
Strong typing skills with high speed and minimal errors; excellent proofreading abilities
Technical proficiency in office management tools such as QuickBooks and calendar management software
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
Bilingual abilities are a plus to support diverse client interactions and team communication
Previous experience working with multi-line phone systems, front desk duties, or personal assistant responsibilities is preferred
Demonstrated customer service skills with professional phone communication and phone etiquette
Computer literacy including familiarity with filing systems, document processing, and technical troubleshooting
