COMPANY VEHICLE & FUEL ALLOWANCE D.O.E!

We are looking for a skilled Automotive Office Manager to undertake a variety of day-to-day office and clerical tasks for our growing dealership.

AUTOMOTIVE OFFICE MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

DEALERTRACK DMS EXPERIENCE PREFERRED

An excellent office manager is, above all, an organized and competent professional with phenomenal communication skills. You will be comfortable dealing with people and able to carry out administrative duties with accuracy and speed.

Responsibilities

Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
Review inventory and deal accounting for accuracy
Maintain files and records with effective filing systems
Support other teams with various administrative tasks (redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence, scheduling meetings etc.)
Monitor office expenditures and handle all office contracts (rent, service etc.)
Perform basic bookkeeping activities and update the accounting system
AR/AP
Bank deposits
Posting car deals
Reviews the reconciliation of general leger accounts with outside sources to ensure bank reconciliations, reserve accounts and factory and floor plan payables are accurate.
Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders
Assist in vendor relationship management
