Client Success Specialist

What You'll Actually Do

Own the relationship. From the moment a guest reaches out to the years that follow their purchase, you are their person at Kansas City Hyundai. You remember their name. You check in when their service is due. You make them feel like they made the right decision — because they did.

Guide, don't push. You'll walk guests through options, answer their questions honestly, and help them make confident decisions about one of the biggest purchases of their lives. The right fit matters more than the fast deal.

Be the bridge. You'll work alongside our sales managers, finance team, and service department to make sure nothing falls through the cracks. When a guest needs something, you don't pass them off — you see it through.

Stay sharp. You'll use our CRM and communication tools to keep every detail organized — follow-ups, preferences, conversations, next steps. The best relationships are built on the small things most people forget.
