What You’ll Be doing:

As a Behavioral Health Direct Support Specialist, your work will revolve around creating a better future for those in need. Here's a glimpse of what you’ll do:

Daily Support: Assist individuals in their daily activities, including nutrition, money management, and more.
Community Access: Provide transportation, ensuring they can access the community and its resources.
Personal Growth: Nurture and reinforce daily goals to help clients reach their potential.
Inspiration: Inspire and cultivate the hobbies and interests of the individuals you support.
Emergency Assistance: Be responsive and provide necessary intervention in crisis situations.
Documentation: Maintain daily records of the services and support provided.

What You’ll Receive:

Competitive Starting Pay: Begin at $19.00/hour.
Employment Bonus: Earn up to a $1200 in bonus.
Differential Pay: Receive an extra $1.25 per hour on Saturdays, Sundays, and company-observed holidays.

Benefits: Enjoy excellent benefits, including medical, dental, vision, matching 401K up to 5%, tuition reimbursement, and paid time off (PTO) from day one.
Holidays: Receive seven paid holidays, plus two floating holidays.

Full-Time positions available.
Flexible Schedule: Evening and overnight
Shifts: Choose from 8/10/12-hour shifts, which will be discussed during the interview.
Weekend Rotation: Be part of a rotating schedule.

What You Need:

Be at least 18 years old
High School diploma or equivalent
One year of experience working with individuals with mental health or co-occurring disorders
Valid driver’s license
Ability to obtain and maintain a chauffeur's license when required by applicable state law
