Maintenance Technician

2nd shift, Monday-Friday 3pm-11pm

We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for our 2nd Shift teamto support and advance our manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for a highly skilled maintenance professional who thrives in complex troubleshooting environments, takes ownership of equipment reliability, and enjoys collaborating with others. Maintenance Technicians play a critical role in keeping our facilities running safely, efficiently, and continuously improving.

What You’ll Do

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues across industrial manufacturing equipment
Maintain and repair production equipment, including printing presses, die cutters, gluers, sheeters, balers, conveyors, and scrap systems
Lead PM activities to improve equipment reliability
Support equipment installations, upgrades, and minor PLC programming revisions
Collaborate with OEMs, Senior Technicians, and cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and drive continuous improvement
Perform welding and fabrication for specialized repairs
Maintain facility systems and ensure all work complies with safety, regulatory, and company standards

What Sets You Apart

Advanced knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose root causes and implement effective solutions.
Experience with PLC hardware, software, and interfaces
Proficient in MIG/TIG welding and fabrication for specialized repairs.
Solid understanding of AC/DC motors, motor control circuits, piping, wiring codes, and schematics.
Project management and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
Comfortable working off-hours or overtime as business needs require.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient with basic computer systems and Microsoft Office tools.

Experience and Education

Minimum 3 years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience, or a combination of related degree program and work experience.
1+ years of experience working in a folded carton or similar packaging environment strongly preferred
2 years of welding experience and 2 years of fabrication experience preferred.

Compensation

Pay rate $29.00 and up
Pay rate represents an estimate of starting pay. Actual pay offered will reflect factors such as relevant packaging work experience, related industrial experience, and education.
