The Senior Project Management Executive will be responsible for driving the successful planning and execution of Revelia's strategic initiatives across product, technology, marketing, operations, design, growth, and business functions.
This is a senior execution leadership role for someone who knows how to transform ambitious ideas into clear plans, establish ownership and timelines, identify dependencies and risks, and ensure teams consistently deliver.
The ideal candidate has 10–20 years of project/program management experience, has managed complex cross-functional initiatives, and is comfortable operating in a dynamic technology or consumer product environment.
You will work closely with founders and functional leaders and serve as a central point of coordination across key company initiatives.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Project & Program Management
- Lead planning and execution of high-priority strategic projects across the organization.
- Translate company objectives into clearly defined projects, milestones, deliverables, owners, dependencies, and timelines.
- Build and maintain master project plans and execution roadmaps.
- Manage multiple concurrent initiatives while maintaining visibility into priorities and progress.
- Establish clear project governance, review mechanisms, and escalation processes.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to agreed quality standards.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Coordinate execution across Product, Engineering, AI, Design, Marketing, Growth, Operations, Customer Support, Finance, and other teams.
- Facilitate alignment between functional leaders when projects have competing priorities or dependencies.
- Ensure every critical deliverable has clear ownership and accountability.
- Drive decision-making and proactively resolve execution bottlenecks.
- Act as a bridge between leadership's strategic vision and day-to-day execution.
Product & Technology Program Execution
- Partner closely with Product and Engineering teams on product launches, feature releases, platform improvements, and technology initiatives.
- Coordinate development, QA, design, content, marketing, support, and launch readiness.
- Manage dependencies across web, Android, iOS, backend systems, AI capabilities, subscriptions, payments, analytics, and third-party integrations.
- Build structured launch plans and ensure all teams are prepared before major releases.
- Track post-launch performance, outstanding issues, and follow-up actions.
Operational Excellence
- Build scalable project-management processes appropriate for a rapidly growing company.
- Introduce structured operating rhythms including weekly reviews, milestone reviews, risk reviews, and leadership updates.
- Improve visibility into company-wide priorities and execution status.
- Identify recurring operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Standardize project documentation, status reporting, meeting cadence, and decision tracking.
- Continuously improve how teams plan, communicate, and execute.
Risk & Dependency Management
- Proactively identify project risks, delays, resource constraints, and inter-team dependencies.
- Develop mitigation and contingency plans for business-critical initiatives.
- Escalate significant risks to leadership early, with clear recommended actions.
- Ensure critical issues are followed through to resolution rather than simply reported.
Leadership Reporting
- Provide concise and accurate project updates to founders and senior leadership.
- Create executive dashboards highlighting milestones, risks, dependencies, decisions required, and overall project health.
- Maintain a reliable single source of truth for major organizational initiatives.
- Support leadership in prioritization and resource-allocation decisions.
Team & Stakeholder Management
- Build strong working relationships across departments and seniority levels.
- Lead project meetings with clear agendas, decisions, owners, and follow-up actions.
- Hold stakeholders accountable while maintaining collaborative relationships.
- Mentor project managers and execution-focused team members as the organization scales.
- Help create a culture of ownership, transparency, urgency, and disciplined execution.
What We're Looking For
- 10–20 years of professional experience, with substantial experience in project management, program management, PMO, business operations, product operations, or similar roles.

- Strong understanding of technology and software/product development environments.

- Exceptional planning, organization, prioritization, and follow-through.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to identify problems early and drive teams toward solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
