This position is on-call and offers compensation per treatment. Strong interpersonal skills and a polished personal presentation are essential to our company culture.

Job Description
We are looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our mobile IV team. In this role, you'll travel to clients across Orange County to administer IV hydration and vitamin therapy. You’ll play a key part in delivering high-quality, concierge-level care in a safe, comfortable, and convenient manner.

Duties

Travel to patients' homes, work place, hotel rooms, facilities, etc. to administer IV hydration and vitamin therapy.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of infusion therapies administered at in home setting. Utilize company policies, procedures, protocols, and all available training resources to ensure thorough comprehension of each therapy before initiating treatment.
Perform patient assessments before/after administering IV.
Prepare and insert IV catheters and ensure proper administration of IV solutions.
Monitor patients during and after treatment for any adverse reactions and provide necessary interventions.
Educate patients on the benefits and potential side effects of IV therapy.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
Follow all safety and infection control protocols to ensure a safe and sterile environment.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care.
Provide compassionate and professional care, ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction.
Respond to patient inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.

Qualifications

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
Experience in Critical care experience
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
car insurance needed.
This will be a 1099 position.
Strong IV insertion and phlebotomy skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions.
CPR/BLS certification required
Car and insurance
Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
