Full Job Description

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Aesthetic Nurse Injector to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aesthetics, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to providing outstanding patient care. As an Aesthetic Nurse Injector, you will perform a variety of non-surgical cosmetic procedures, including but not limited to IV, weight loss injections, injectables, dermal fillers, PRF, PRP and other advanced skin treatments including laser and RF Microneedling treatments.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their aesthetic goals and provide expert recommendations.
Administer injectables, including neurotoxins (e.g., Botox, Dysport) and dermal fillers, in a safe and effective manner.
Perform other non-invasive aesthetic treatments, such as microneedling, PRP, PRF, chemical peels, and laser therapies.
Ensure the highest level of patient safety, comfort, and confidentiality during all procedures.
Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care, as well as maintaining optimal skin health.
Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, products, and techniques to continually enhance service offerings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
Collaborate with other team members to develop customized treatment plans.
Maintain accurate and detailed client records, including treatment plans and progress notes.
Adhere to all medical and ethical standards set forth by the company and relevant regulatory bodies.

Experience
Required Skills:

Valid RN, BSN, or NP license in CA.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in aesthetics, with a focus on injectables and non-surgical treatments.
Certified in administering neurotoxins and dermal fillers.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering high-quality results.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
