Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and customer service, with proven leadership skills to manage a diverse team. This role requires an individual who can analyze market trends, develop strategic business plans, and foster relationships with clients to enhance account management.

Duties

Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve performance.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing accounts.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business development.
Manage key client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales initiatives with promotional campaigns.
Conduct regular performance reviews, providing coaching and training to enhance team skills.
Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for upper management review.
Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company’s products and services.

Requirements
